I have lived in Normandy, and travelled France for over 50 years. This bakery is exceptional, I have never had better croissant, their bread is gorgeous, everything done very, very well. If I had the money I would buy a house near this bakery; as it is I plan my cross-Europe trips to coincide with their opening hours. Bravo, Herviot Pascal, tout est parfait.

Entre 1945 et 1951, j'habitais au Breuil d'Anais. J'allais à l'école d'Anais. Nous étions Paysans. Nous portions directement nos sacs de blé à la boulangerie de Churet. En échange, le boulanger nous fournissait les couronnes de pain qui correspondait à la quantité de blé fourni. ( J'ai 85 ans, j'habite à Pau )

Between 1945 and 1951, I lived in Breuil d'Anais. I went to the Anais school. We were farmers. We took our bags of wheat directly to the bakery in Churet. In exchange, the baker provided us with bread rings corresponding to the quantity of wheat supplied. (I'm 85 years old and live in Pau.)

Que dire ? Le pain est excellent et les viennoiseries aussi, l’accueil est chaleureux. Ça vaut vraiment le coup de pousser la porte. Honnêtement c’est le meilleur pain que j’ai mangé. Mention spéciale pour les cookies qui sont à tomber !! Le prix est vraiment très honnête quand on voit la qualité des produits. Je recommande vivement !

Petite boulangerie qui ne claque pas à l'œil mais qui claque au palais. Une pétrisane au top, irréprochable et des gâteaux le dimanche fait par le pâtissier pas du tout prêt décongelé ! Je recommande très fortement. Fermé le mercredi.

A small bakery that doesn't impress the eye but does impress the palate. A top-notch, impeccable kneading machine, and cakes made by the pastry chef on Sundays that aren't ready-to-defrost at all! I highly recommend it. Closed on Wednesdays.

Très bon pain. Accueil chaleureux et cordial. Je recommande les grosses couronnes et gros pains sur commande que l'on peut garder plusieurs jours sans problème, ainsi que les pains et baguettes pétrisanne, un vrai régal. Très bonnes viennoiseries maison. Il m'arrive de venir de ruelle sur Touvre pour en acheter. Je recommande vivement.

Petite boulangerie de village. Qui a fait sa repitation au vu du monde qui passe la pas de sa porte ! Excellent pain petrisanne. Nous avons hâte du dimanche ou le choix est encore plus variés en plus des patisseries du week end . Merci Pascal !

Très bonne boulangerie. La pétrisane est excellente.Les croissants pur beurre sont à tomber par terre.Je fais de temps en temps des commandes d'une vingtaine de croissants et tout le monde se régal et me demande l'adresse.
